Reducing Heart Attack
Heart Attacks are very common nowadays counting for many deaths. We can not eliminate them, but we CAN try to prevent them. Drinking a warm drink after any meal is better than drinking cold water. Fact: Asians drink tea after their meals. Same as Japanese and many others. Canadians drink water after their meals. It is I think, time for us to adopt to the Japanese and Chinese customs of drinking warm drinks after our meals. By adopting their habits, will make our consumed foods break down much faster. It may be nice to drink cold water after a meal, but its not good for the health. It solidifies our food and creates a slow digestion. Not only that, but the after effects is cancer! Symptoms of heart attacks include: chest pain, nausea, intense sweating, jaw pain By reading this, you may have saved yourself from a potential heart attack. Drink warm liquids! |
